Private Sweat Party (1-2 people)

Private sessions are a great to receive undivided attention and practice targeted areas based on your goals and needs. Each session is 45-60 minutes long and are individually programmed for every client.

New to barre, HIIT or strength training? The personal attention you receive will help you learn proper technique and alignment and improve your overall experience.

Or perhaps you’re recovering from an injury and want to ease back into fitness in a safe & personalized environment?

Whatever your reasons may be, I promise to truly listen to your needs and strive to help you reach your goals.

When applicable, a variety of equipment is incorporated including Ballet barre, dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, weighted balls and yoga balls.

Classes offered include:

  • HIIT
  • Barre
  • Strength training (full body or specific muscle groups)
  • Circuit
  • Tabata
  • Aerobic cardio
  • Core sculpt

Price for each 45-60 minute session is $35. Price is subject to change based on location.
