Private Group Sweat Party (3-15 people)
Are you planning a bachelorette, ladies night, reunion or date night?
Are you a sports team that wants to incorporate different modalities into your routine?

No matter what your event is, what’s a better way to set a positive, celebratory + motivating vibe than a private group SWEAT PARTY?!
I LOVE teaching fitness classes for special events and I will customize the class modality, playlist and offer modifications to fit all fitness levels in order to achieve the vision and vibe you want! Each session is 45-60 minutes long.
When applicable, a variety of equipment is incorporated including Ballet barre, dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, weighted balls and yoga balls.
In accordance with the current NYS guidelines, classes will be limited to 15 people and all participants and myself will maintain a 6 foot distance from one another.
Classes offered include:
- HIIT
- Barre
- Strength training (full body or specific muscle groups)
- Circuit
- Tabata
- Aerobic cardio
- Anaerobic interval cardio
- Core sculpt
Each 45-60 minute session is $50.00. Price is subject to change based on location, room rental (if required) and class size
