chocolate peanut butter fudge (GF, DF)
Is there anything better than peanut butter and chocolate? I’ll wait……….
The correct answer is NO, there is literally nothing better…IMO at least 🙂 Maybe it’s because Halloween is around the corner but I’ve been craving ALL THE SWEETS lately. Instead of reaching for traditional candy that is unfortunately filled with corn syrup, refined oils, artificial flavors + colors, etc, I decided to make my own version with simple, nutritious ingredients you can feel good about devouring!
Anyways, these chocolate peanut butter fudge squares are the epitome of chocolatey indulgence. Give em a try and let me know what ya think!

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- sea salt
Combine all ingredients besides sea salt + whisk together until smooth. Pour batter into either an ice tray to make pre portioned cubes or a small baking dish. Sprinkle sea salt evenly on top of batter and place in the freezer. Try and wait at least a few hours for it to firm up before you devour! Pro tip: don’t forget to eat the batter…you won’t be disappointed 🙂
