24 Minute AMRAP

Set your timer for 6 minutes and bang out each circuit as many times as you can before times runs out (try not to break until the 6 minutes is up!). Complete each circuit twice!

Circuit 1:

  • 2 pulse jump squats x 15
  • half burpees x 12
  • push ups x 15
  • plank ups x 10 

Circuit 2:

  • 1 pulse jump lunges x 30
  • squat to press x 15
  • reverse tricep pushups x 20
  • shoulder tap plank to plank jacks to knee drops x 12 each
