24 Minute AMRAP
Set your timer for 6 minutes and bang out each circuit as many times as you can before times runs out (try not to break until the 6 minutes is up!). Complete each circuit twice!
Circuit 1:
- 2 pulse jump squats x 15
- half burpees x 12
- push ups x 15
- plank ups x 10
Circuit 2:
- 1 pulse jump lunges x 30
- squat to press x 15
- reverse tricep pushups x 20
- shoulder tap plank to plank jacks to knee drops x 12 each
