50 seconds on, 10 seconds off, do each circuit only ONCE:

Burpees
10 squat pulses + 5 squat jumps
Reverse lunges (right leg only)
Reverse lunges (left leg only)
Jump lunges

5 plank jacks + 5 mountain climbers + 1 push up
2 squat pulse to half ups
Squat with lateral leg kick (right leg only)
Squats with lateral leg kick (left leg only)
