Before you crack open the rosé + celebrate with your fav quaranTEAM, give this 10-minute HIIT workout a try + start your weekend off with a 𝐒𝗪𝐄𝐀𝐓 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐘! We werkin’ everythanngg with this one + I promise you 10 minutes is all you’re gonna need or want outta this bad boy! ⁣

𝟏𝟎-𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐇𝐈𝐈𝐓⁣

50 seconds on, 10 seconds off, do each circuit only ONCE:⁣

𝘊𝘪𝘳𝘤𝘶𝘪𝘵 𝟷:⁣
10 squat pulses + 5 squat jumps⁣
Reverse lunges (right leg only)⁣
Reverse lunges (left leg only)⁣
Jump lunges ⁣

𝘊𝘪𝘳𝘤𝘶𝘪𝘵 𝟸:⁣
5 plank jacks + 5 mountain climbers + 1 push up⁣
2 squat pulse to half ups ⁣
Squat with lateral leg kick (right leg only)⁣
Squats with lateral leg kick (left leg only)⁣
High knees
